We believe that salvation is by grace, through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Salvation is the free gift we receive the moment we put our faith in Jesus Christ, believing that his death, burial and resurrection paid for all of our sins for all time. If we believe in our heart and confess with our mouth (Romans 10:9) we can receive the gift of salvation by calling upon the name of the Lord (Romans 10:13).
We believe that repentance, in the context of salvation, is turning from unbelief to belief (Mark 1:15). We do not believe that a person must repent of, or turn from, their sins to be saved. That said, God calls us, as His children, to live a holy, righteous life.
We believe in the eternal security of the believer (once saved, always saved), and just as there’s nothing we can do to earn salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9), there’s nothing we can do to lose it. (John 10:28)
We believe that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16), that the name Jesus (Luke 1:31) is the correct name in the English language (Greek: Ιησούς) and, therefore, reject the Sacred Name Movement that advocates replacing Jesus’ name with Yeshua or Yahshua.
We believe that the Godhead consists of the Father, the Word (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (1 John 5:7)
We believe that the King James Bible is the perfect, preserved word of God in the English language and that all modern English translations are perversions of God’s word. We do not believe in “lost books” being rediscovered, since God promised to preserve his word for all generations (Psalms 12:6-7).
We believe that God wants everyone to be saved (2 Peter 3:9). We believe that faith comes by hearing God’s word (Romans 10:14-17) and that all believers, as children of God, are commanded by Jesus to spread the gospel (Matthew 28:19-20).
We believe in a post-tribulation, pre-wrath rapture. We do not believe in a pre-tribulation rapture, but that saved Christians will be on earth throughout the tribulation and great tribulation (Revelation 6:9-11), until Jesus returns to gather his elect, immediately before he pours out his wrath.
We believe that the saved are God’s elect (Galatians 3:29). And that “he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God”. (Romans 2:28-29)
Israel and Zionism
We do not believe that the modern State of Israel is a fulfillment of the true biblical Zion but the result of the will of man. More particularly, an outgrowth of the spirit of antichrist. That said, we wholeheartedly support the true spiritual Israel, composed of all true believers in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel …” (Romans 9:6-8). The promises were made to Abraham and his seed, which is Christ (Galatians 3:16), “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” (Galatians 3:29)
We reject all teachings of dispensationalism, which we believe to be a gross distortion of Scripture in support of the spirit of antichrist and, specifically, the synagogue of Satan (Revelation 2:9; 3:9) which is responsible for the existence of the above-mentioned modern State of Israel.
We reject Calvinism on all five points.
